We are looking for a creative and driven individual to learn and grow within our Brand Management division. The individual should exhibit a high level of creativity and proficient analytical abilities to develop a mix of visual assets and keyword driven copy to support our clients. The Content Specialist is an entry level role and works with multiple Marketing Coordinators and Brand Managers to support initiatives across a portfolio of clients.

Schedule: 8 hours – Monday to Friday

Must Have Skills:

  • Must have a good understanding of basic business KPI’s and how Content Marketing affects brands
  • Must have a good understanding of Best-in-Class standards for ecommerce retail platforms
  • Must have a good understanding of SEO Keyword research and strategy development

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research Content Strategies for new clients
  • Develop and present Brand Marketing Strategies
    • Collaborate, create, edit, and review SEO marketing copy for launching and maintaining products
    • Collaborate, create, edit, review, and provide feedback for developing Best-in-Class image assets
    • Collaborate, create, edit, review, and publish Enhanced Brand/A+ Content and Stores
  • Master the concepts of retail readiness and Amazon SEO optimization
  • Maintain 20-30 accounts
    • Monitoring Product Detail Pages and adjusting as needed to maintain industry standards
    • Conduct A/B Tests that focus on improving KPIs
    • Pull sales data from Seller Central to analyze the effect of strategy implementation on KPIs
  • Weekly training and research for best practices and industry standards


  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 2 years equivalent experience preferred
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and general PC operations
  • Strong creative and grammar skills
  • Ability to quickly navigate online retail websites or third-party sites
  • Knowledge of retail and/or e-commerce
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must pass a background check
