As COO, Brian oversees daily operations to achieve company goals and projections. An ecommerce veteran with brand-building experience on numerous marketplaces, he holds the Leadership Team accountable for overall agency direction. Brian develops, measures, and reports on operational performance and staffing efficiency to ensure key performance indicators are always met.

Leading a team of marketplace specialists, Brian spends each day pursuing sales windfalls for clients – only achievable by ensuring the right combination of marketing and advertising levers are always working in perfect harmony to drive traffic, revenue, and profit.

Having overseen successful marketing campaigns for over 500 top e-commerce brands, Kristen utilizes all forms of digital marketing, public relations, and communication to help brands discover the Channel Key difference.

A seasoned professional with deep experience on both the brand and agency sides of Amazon, Wendi plays a critical role in securing new business opportunities. Her strategic expertise working with both 1P and 3P brands translates to actionable insights that drive growth.

As Head of Sales & Business Development, Corey provides leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to grow Channel Key’s portfolio of successful brand partners. With a passion for helping e-commerce businesses reach the next level, Corey spearheads all business development, department processes, and interdepartmental communication to build and maintain long-term client partnerships.

With nearly a decade of Amazon experience, Renee’s many responsibilities include improving client profitability, streamlining billing and collections, and fostering key relationships with service providers.

As Channel Key’s Controller, Bob leads the Finance and Human Resources departments for the agency. He is responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including budget management, financial analysis, payroll, accounts payable, and financial reporting. His day-to-day functions also include planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and H.R. policies, programs, and practices.
